For example, you can switch to an alternative case, add another case or skip a delivery altogether. All we ask is that you settle any outstanding balances before your wines are delivered.
Please allow 30 days notice if you want to cancel your membership or make any permanent changes to your case requirement.

Substitutes/Availability
All wines and spirits and other goods are subject to availability. When selecting the wines or other goods for our price list we try to ensure that they will remain available throughout the life of the list. If we are unable to supply a particular item, or do not supply a substitute, we will not be liable to you except to ensure that you are not charged for that item.

Events & Tastings
Amphora is ideally suited to cater for corporate customers, having a broad range of wines at competitive prices. We can supply private dining rooms or much larger events and parties. Our consultant has significant experience of devising tasting packages for these events. We offer everything from a champagne apéritif through a broad range of dinner wines to special dessert wines and ports.
Corporate Gifts
Many companies choose to thank their clients for the work that they may have done, either at Christmas or during the year. Sending a gift of wine is an ideal way of thanking that individual for his or her help. Many years of experience in this specialized field ensures that your precise criteria for wine style, quality and budget are met. We can recommend wines from our comprehensive wine list as well as our fine wine and broking list, which include many rare and special wines from older vintages. We understand that every gift is very special and therefore we shall be delighted to assist in creating customized options to meet your budget or preferences for wine style. There is no additional charge for this service. Presentation is important, and for a small extra charge, we can include your wines in a laminated or wooden gift box. We also send a short personalized message to your client which will advise them of when the gift will be arriving.
Your best wines deserve a cellarage service that offers much more than simply safe, sound storage.
You can buy our wines or add you own wines duty paid or not, stored at F.H. Gilman, in an air conditioned bonded warehouse in Stamford, Lincs
Cellarage charges are currently set at the following levels:

Cases in portfolio (12 bottle equivalent) Rate by month (Inc VAT)
1-15 Cases £12.80
16-50 Cases £24.50
51-100 Cases £46.00
101-200 Cases £89.50
Cellarage charges are raised each month
You will pay only for cellarage on wines currently in the cellar. You can withdraw your wines when you want, any time.
Monthly invoicing is straightforward and transparent. Where new wines have been added to the cellar, cellarage will be charged from the month of receipt. Likewise, where wines have been withdrawn, cellarage will be waived from the month the wine leaves the cellar.
There are two options, via monthly bacs from a bank account or via a Credit/Debit Card mandate. Once your mandate is completed and processed, there is nothing for you to do - ever! - to settle your cellarage bills. And under the terms of the mandate you remain in total control over payments.
